He has worked in senior roles throughout Australia, India, West and Southern Africa for a number of exploration and mining company's including Metals Exploration, Rio Tinto, Normandy, Mineral Deposits, Dwyka and Gravity Diamonds

Mr Garbutt is an Accountant (ASA), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries (FCIS) and an Honorary Justice of the Peace in Victoria.
Mr Garbutt has substantial experience in the area of listed company secretarial matters, compliance and corporate governance with more than 30 years' experience primarily within Australia, but also in the Pacific region and Europe.
Through his professional corporate secretarial and compliance service company, K R Corporate Compliance Pty Ltd, he provides secretarial, clerical and corporate governance support to listed and private client companies in Australia, many of which are listed on the ASX Limited covering a diversity of industries.
